At The Preschool at Mishkon, we believe that learning should be a joyful adventure, filled with laughter, exploration, and meaningful connections. Our play-based approach nurtures the social and emotional growth of each child, allowing them to flourish in a supportive and engaging environment.

Baby & Me Fridays
Sometimes referred to as “baby and me,” this sensory workshop is a bonding, interactive experience for walking babies (ages 1-3 yrs) and their caregivers. Make a mess through sensory exploration and tactile art, develop early motor skills, and be inspired to encourage creativity at home.

Mishkon Awarded Grant!
We are delighted to announce that Mishkon has been awarded a $25,000 Emergency Security Grant from the Jewish Community Foundation and the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles. The grantors sought organizations that serve children. We will be using the money for play yard security enhancements!
The project funded by this grant is the installation of a protective awning over the play yard, scheduled for early June to coincide with the preschool break. While the grant covers a significant portion of the cost, the total expense of the awning is approximately $36,000, leaving a shortfall of about $11,000. We welcome and encourage donations to help bridge this gap and ensure the project is fully funded. Your support will directly contribute to the safety and well-being of the children in our community.
